HBO's "Girls" (aka being female, middle-class, and in your 20s is fucking stupid)
- Hannah: I don't even want a boyfriend.
- Adam: What do you want?
- Hannah: I just want someone who wants to hang out all the time and thinks I'm the best person in the world and wants to have sex with only me. And it makes me feel very stupid to tell you this because it makes me sound like a girl who wants to like, go to brunch and I really don't want to go get brunch, and don't want you to like sit on the couch while I shop, or like even meet my friends. I don't even want that.
Waking up with that crushing defeated feeling that I may be single forever…
Sorry for such a miserable post but, fuck… It’s one of those days and no one (understandably) wants to talk to me when I’m having one of these days (well at least the people I want to talk to).
