I don’t know what it is about this song, but man, it makes me nostalgic, happy and sad all at the same time. Maybe because I no longer have the option to spend my summers running around, falling in like, and contemplating not coming home.
I know I’ll be ridiculed for the comparison but it reminds me a lot of hellogoodbye’s “Bonnie Taylor Shakedown” and also of the summer Kevin Arnold & Winnie spent at the resort in the final season of The Wonder Years…
